It all depends on you. For me, 6.5 hrs wouldn't cut it....especially over the long haul. Surely you can come up with a compromise.

Yeah me too. i deal with this big time. I dont know if I'm really hungrier at night or my will power is just depleted.

I've been on here for about a year or so. I try to do cardio 4-5 times a week and just be as consistent as I can with tracking my food. It is important to still track even on the days you go WAY over your limit. Feel free to give me a request. Good luck!
