when you workout fasted, do you find that you don't have the energy level you would have, if you had eaten? I also read somewhere eating carbs before bed will help with the energy during a morning workout, but I don't know if I want to try that.

I've done Insanity before and had great success. I am fairly fit but still fat due to my eating habits. I just want to do what I can to get the fat off!
