you get a daily email with their work out. usually things that can be done with your own body weight. and they explain to you how to modify them.
note: occasionally you'll get an email with an exercise you've never seen before. like seal jumping jacks. google and youtube are your friends.0 -
Hey, 30 day shred is cheap on amazon, I know some will say its too hard and others that it's not long enough
But as a quick easy get you going DVD it works well enough and isn't so long it puts you off
