Feeling so discouraged! Gaining weight back and having a difficult time finding the will power daily! I'm determined to get back on track, so forgive me, awesome bride friends, for my gain this week! Honestly, I've had 10 years of ballroom dance training (about a million years ago) and I flub every other step. Just moving is enough! And I love the energy!

Like everyone's said...there are a thousand measures of your progress. When I started weight training, I definitely gained weight, but my body looked and felt so much better. It's worth it! Enjoy those 3 inches!

Excited about my weigh in! Tracking every day has been miraculous, even if I'm not meeting my goals every single day, I'm still so much more cognizant of my eating that I'm losing weight! Thanks everyone for the team work and the support!
