ok i will, but do you think thats not enough calories? i hear sooo many people saying thats not quite enough i dont want to shock my body everyone here its telling them 1200 calories and we are all almost the same weight...ugh

ok can i ask you both a question? somehow i cant seem to stay at my 1200 calories i always go over not much but slightly sometimes on the calories or carbs, sometimes the fat or protein..ugh i cant seem to get it right, im switching things up too.

well, its never too late to start! im kinda in the same boat my boyfriend is a big time cook and he loves it....and unfortuantely i LOVE his jambalaya etc......lol hang in there! U did it before and u can do it again.

i had the same dilemma this morning...i just guessed and cooked it then measured a cup of it..lol oh well probably made it more difficult than necessary, but anyways i used splenda and a tiny bit of butter.

omg me too! i blew it totally daquiri, chinese.......ugh but....i did weigh today and it didnt show gain...i may have jolted my metabolism since im so strict during the week..at least i hope it doesnt catch up! lt me know too please anyone!
