Just coming back on here. Baby is 4 weeks old today. I have a similar amount to you to lose. If you log breastfeeding as a food it will give you 500 extra calories a day which is less messing with goals I found.

my guess would be you need more carbs. had a quick look and you are in the green for carbs most days. I'd cut out bread completely and eat more potatoes, brown rice etc

I would set yourself up on maintenance calories in the region of 2000 a day and then don't make any changes for breastfeeding or exercise (unless you have a really big gym session in which case eat a few more veggies. could you switch day and night so you are asleep when u cant eat and then awake when able to eat? pretend to be ill to start with maybe so u have a reason to stay in bed? x

I would say stop with the lotion for a whole week. if you are applying moisture constantly your skin will learn to rely on it and as its over greased it will go drier to combat that. the more lotion the drier it will be. ditch the cream and let your skin find it's own balance, can take a couple of weeks so maybe add a…

i weigh every morning to encourage me if i've lost and to give me a kick if i've gained any. i also weigh once a week with family to get an overall view. i check in on here every time i go down a pound - sometimes that's in 2 days, sometimes that's only once a week. x
