I have been paleo on and off for the last 3months but full paleo for the last two weeks. I am curious too, I looked it up and the meal generator looks awesome. If it works good $10/month is no big deal but my question is do they give you a member website with account details because it says you can cancel at anytime so if you wanted to cancel how do you do that? Might look into it.

You need to take pictures, I do every two weeks. It is hard for us to see ourselves different because our brains normally are still behind and see us as heavy still. It took me almost a year before my brain caught up that I lost 100lbs. So take pics and measurements it helps a ton.

I still drink coffee, but black nothing in it. I have two cups a day one in the morning and the other in the afternoon with my brownie meal, it's delish.

You can do it, I just started back on medifast after being off for almost a full year. I maintained for a year and now am back to lose the last 30lbs I need to. I want to be in that bikini by summer. The first week is hard but keep the mind busy and eating time consistent and you will pull through.

Gum, gum, and more gum. And water. I used to pick while I made supper everyday and I did not reliaze how much calories it amounted to. So when I go to make supper I do one of three things. I either chew a piece of gum, have a cup of coffee, or I do eat a small bag of sugar snap peas not many calories their. Good luck.

Yes I am a mom of 2(14&12) and a daycare provider to 7 kids, a wife also. I cook for my family, daycare kids and my in- laws because they need help losing weight also. So in a day I cook 3 meals, 3 snacks for 11 people 12 if my husband is around. So very busy

I will not yell at you for losing fast, and yes make sure you use a good lotion for skin and plenty of water. But I also do low carb but NOT low calorie. I eat primal/paleo so high fat, moderate protein, low carb.
