Yes exactley that is why I only do 20 min after that your body starts to break down muscle for energy, and yes I also weight train like bodybuilders, bodybuilding.com my fav site after this one of course. I have major muscle now just need fat gone to see it.

Thanks, yes I do agree their is no to much but I don't want to burn out either. I do have a protein shake after workouts only when strength training 3x a week with dextrose to get it to my muscle as fast as possible.

I had my gallbladder removed years ago, doc told me it was because of my heavy weight that I had gallstones and asked me when I was on the table if I ever thought of a gastric bypass. I just about cryed I was then 19yrs old with a husband and a 1 yr old. Went got the gallbladder removed and much better now. Best of luck.

Funny I have not eaten wheat for the last 3 yrs, I did not die and my blood work looks AWSOME, doctor ran it twice because he could not believe it he thought they made a mistake. LOl

Actually I eat more primal, and I eat 5-6 times a day normally 5 on non gym days then 6 gym days because I consider my PWO shake a meal

I guess it depends on what you think a fad diet is, me I decided after a lot of research to eat primal for my life style and lost all my weight doing that of course with some cheat days or months in their. But hey we are human.

Just remember you can not spot reduce and flat bellies are made in the kitchen not the gym, you won't see any abs no matter what if their is still fat over them just need to decrease the body fat %. I am also working on this and yes it is hard. I can feel my abs under the fat but cannot see them.

I think it depends on the person. Some people cannot handle it but others can. I drink it in my one diet pop for the week. Personally I think as long as you are not having it by the gallons or in everything once in a while is ok.

I agree that even if you are skinny you may not be healthy, even when I was 262lbs my blood work was great no high blood pressure or high cholesterol or any of that. You will be fine just make sure to drink plenty of water to help the body with the extra protein, I eat at least my weight in grams of protein so 150g a day.
