  • I have the same problem... lately I've been stopping myself and just going to bed for the night. It's weird at first, but I find when I wake up in the morning I feel so much better - well rested and proud that I didn't over do it the night before... breaking the cycle is the hardest part!

  • they probably see your success and drive to achieve your goals as your way of asserting your independence and therefore threatening. sounds pretty toxic to me! If it were me I would do everything in my power to move out...seems like that would solve the problem...
