Swimming and rock climbing have become my favorite along with kickboxing(regular or cardio). They all incorporate muscle building/toning with cardio! Their fun and you meet some really interesting people. Rock climbing and swimming are nicce cause you can move from indoor to outdoor once its nice out too.

I only konw that gout is caused from eating alot of protein from seafood and red meats . Otherwise I dont think there is too much bad with it. When im behaving, its almonds with a fruit early in the day, then lowfat cheddar cheese with triscuits in the afternoon, and last a hard boiled egg or fiber one 90 calorie brownie. depends on if i need substance or just want something sweet since its the end of the day.

I switch from 3 and 5 pound weights throughout the workout as well. My only thing with this plan is that your supposed to do this workout everyday, and my muscles are still sore so I have to take a day break between. At least for now. I know I always get really hungry before and during! I think what works the best for me is eating alot more food that just isnt as high in calories. So not as much fat, but a ton of fiber filled foods, and protein. Tuna sandwiches usually do the trick and I load them up with lettuce, tomato, and onion on high fiber bread.…
