Ah I am so glad that I posted this question .. looks like I was having half the quantity and pretending its a 30grams powder :) thanku thanku thanku :drinker: so the scoop that comes in the box is actually the same amount that they list on the nutritional info..

Do you really drink only that much water? try increasing your water intake and try some green teas and add more fiber and soups in your diet When I was stuck these things helped me alot and it started moving all over again after 6 weeks :DGood luck

I never count water from tea or coffee or green tea and I dont think you should count that water as water intake the more you can drink plain water the better it is!

I would say start with lesser weights and work through it.. there is no point starting with heavier and ending up in a wrong form Its natural that if you use heavier weights you will not be able to do the exercises in proper forms. Almonds are always an healthy option .. I eat around 10-12 almonds almost everyday .. and dont worry about the fat contents thats all good fat.. not saturated fat
