Try 30 Day shred level 1 its easy and burn more than 100 calories in just 20 mins and its fun and its available on youtube as well :-)

Thats nice 100-120 is awesome ! I can barely make it up to 70-80 in a day! being vegetarian its a struggle .. but yeah I heard the same from a friend of mine but never got any solid reasons for it

Going over the protein limit is not at all bad. count yourself lucky! being a vegetarian I always have to struggle so hard to just reach my daily goal! well done!

Thanks AmyEm3 :) Would love to know if you have seen any differences in your body after these? Also how long is RI30 and KBT for ? as in is it also level 1 for 10 days and then 2 for another 10 and so on and so forth?Same way as 30Day Shred?
