So, I need some help guys. While doing the 30DS these past couple days, I have been getting a headache when going from a floor cardio bit to standing up. I think its something to do with going from horizontal on the ground to vertical standing up. The headache doesn't stay around for long, but yea. I just did my exercise now and still have a sore head currently - it is definately getting better as time passes. Probably be gone in 10 min.

Do you have a problem of acidity?
It used to happen with me when I had too much of acidity issues
Do you drink enough water?0 -
I get the occasional sharp migraine when I'm doing cardio at the gym, but it doesn't happen every time. When it does, it stops when I go home.
Don't have any suggestions as to what causes the headaches. I'd check with a GP if it really bothers you though.0 -
I have been drinking at least 2 litres of water every day. I have no idea about acidity. Tonight it may have stayed for longer because it was quite late when I started, but I have done that before (2 weeks ago I did it at like 10pm and was fine). It has only been this last week.
My diary is open for all to see (today was an odd one out as we went out for breakfast and stayed at families house for dinner - I couldnt help another serving of potato bake, it's my weakness)0 -
you can get exercise induced headaches, I think it is typically from dehydration. Try getting a good 8-16oz in about 30-40 min before you exercise and see if that helps.0

ok, ill give that a go tomorrow. Thanks for your replies guys. If anyone else has any suggestions, keep them coming. The more the merrier (incase I still get headaches tomorrow)0

I wonder if your blood pressure is not right? Maybe worth getting it checked x0

I might look into it if this keeps up for another week. I have never had a problem with it before. What is an ok timeframe to go without checking? Will it do damage if I left it a while?0

I was starting to get worried myself as I was getting a massive headache for hours after exercising and it happened for a week straight. I then found on the net as someone mentioned exercise headaches so I dropped the intensity down for a while and now this week I've noticed that I can do the previous intensity and not get headaches anymore.
From what I seen on the net they recommend painkillers and water in the mean time.
Hope you get it sorted out soon, nothing worse than headaches!0 -
Cool. I'm glad I'm not the only one.0
