My friend has converted their garage into a gym yoga studio and put interlocked foam matts on the floor. They are black and about 2 feet square. They have good grip and enough cushion that laying on them for yoga they are quite comfortable.

Have fun that is the most important thing to remember. Always never try anything new or wear anything new on race day go with what works as far as food and clothing nothing worse than rubs and blisters or upset GI because of new items.

I make Steel Cuts Oats in the slow cooker, I set them before bed and wake up to a piping hot breakfast. I get them when swimming a long time and it is because I am dehydrated and don't realize it because I am swimming. My toes will curl if it gets to bad.

My Spin instructor will tell us to dial up to base, so my base may be 5 turns and other maybe 3or 7. That is what I like about Spin everyone gets a real workout but at their level. Bring a towel you will need it bring water and wear biking shorts the padding will feel good.

I live in a town that is only 600 people and don't have gym choices. I run walk snow shoe and do Yoga all without a gym. If you want to workout you can do it and not spend a minute inside a gym.

I bought my mat at Winners for $20. It really helps so you don't slip. I just started Yoga last month and I really think it is worth taking some classes before you try it on your own. The instructor will come around and correct your poses.

I run at least 25 miles a week and really haven't seen much difference in my thighs but my calves have tightened up. Lunges are the best for mr for thigh workout. You don't need anything but a couple so 5lb weights to start.

I freeze my over ripe bananas so I used one of them. Defrosted in microwave and mashed up easily. Being very ripe it was really sweet and I didn't put anything on them they were great alone. Not eggy at all.

We have both and my DH is always saying I hate this Mac as he uses it. Well if you hate it so much go use the PC but no he is on the Mac, we are not very computer savy but we both love the Mac he just won't admit it.
