I have no gym buddies either or i have those people who say they are coming and then cancel at the last minute. I would find friends at the gym. I went to the same gym for 20 years and we developed a community so we kept each other accountable!! Now I am in a new gym since that one closed and I don't know a sole. So I keep…

Being on WW and doing MFP has forced me to stay within two pounds of my goal weight. I have only been in maintenance since June 2018. I love 45 pounds. I went on a massive shopping spree when I hit my goal and it felt so good. Those clothes (some of which still have tags on them) are my motivation for keeping this weight…

I wanted to wear a size 10 and become a lifetime WW member

we all have days like that it's life. Today is a new day!!! You will be fine! Hope is was good! It feels worse when the food isn't good!!!

So let me clarify. Being a lifetime member means that I no longer have to pay membership dues. I have to weigh in once a month. I cannot be over 2lbs or I have to pay. My problem is that I have a whole month to get it together and I don't. I spend most of the month eating however then when I am down to the last week then I…

I bought several pairs of shoes a few years ago and they were too tight and I never got a chance to wear them. Put them on Friday and they fit perfectly!!!

I'm 5'7 170 lbs I wear a size 10 dress and jeans, M or L top

Congratulations and definitely check with your doctor first. It will not be impossible for you to continue to exercise late into your pregnancy. I know a lot of women including myself who did just that. Your body will tell you when it is too much

i don't believe in cheat days or meals because it sounds like I'm doing something bad. I eat what I want, fit into my daily points ( i am lifetime at WW) or my calories and if it's a little too much then I work it off at the gym or eat better at the next meal or next day!!!

I have been buying sweaters in a size Medium for the first time ever!!!

I am a candy fanatic! skittles, sour patch, now and laters, banana laffy taffy, spice drops I love them and would rather eat that than food! As i have been maintenance for about 6 months, I put the candy in the car. So, if i vreally want it I have to go get it! I never keep it in the house!!!

i bought some new pants and they were a size S!
-
I would buy some smaller scrubs and let the haters hate!

I have 5 pounds to lose to get to my personal goal. I have reached the goal for WW and have become a lifetime member.

I'm in!! I have 7 pounds to lose for this challenge.

i want in!! What is the next step

I just became a lifetime member of WW. I liked the program because I liked the accountability. I had a hard time just using MFP and weighing on my scale at home. I found that I wasn't as honest with myself. I lost 45 pounds on the program. Now that WW is free for me I will use both for maintenance and accountability.
-
Good for you!!! Keep up the good work!!!

i am 51 and lost 45 pounds on Weight Watchers. I have been in maintenance now for about 5 months. I am now a lifetime member. WW has always worked for me. I needed that accountability that i could not get doing it alone. I have also used this site as well. It is definitely possible to lost weight and to become that you you…

I eat around 500 calories on some Thursdays and Fridays to make sure I have a loss when i get on the scale Saturday mornings.
-
my mother informed me that the size large dress i had on yesterday was too big. I have never bought anything in a medium!

For those of you who have never tried weight watchers, being a lifetime member means I never have to pay for the service. Just like MFP I can log my food and get support from people who have lost a lot of weight and kept it off. I have learned to control my eating during PMS and have not gained any weight during that time.…
-
Thanks for the advice. To be lifetime with weight watchers I can on be 2lbs under or 2lbs over my goal weight. Right now I'm 2 lbs under so I have 4lbs to play with over the next 6 weeks. Wish me luck!

I have never heard of the eat for your blood type diet. Losing weight is about eating less than you take in. I am not a believer in fad diets ( not sure if your diet is a fad) because the weight always comes back. You should eat to lose weight with a "diet" that is sustainable for life. I lost 37 pounds on weight watchers…
