what is maintenance
I finally reached my goal at Weight Watchers. I lost 40 pounds!!! Yay me!!! Now I must learn to maintain the weight to become a lifetime member. I only know how to lose and definitely I know how to gain, but how do I maintain. This seems harder than losing!!! I need help!

What's for breakfast?
I am looking to add more protein into breakfast. I don't like eggs or oatmeal so it limits my choices. Any ideas? Can someone explain to me why some people only log 1 or 2 calories for their workouts. I have seen people do this after working out for at least an hour.

strength training
Which is better and can give me the best results: using machines or free weights to strength train? I am not comfortable using free weights but love working out with the machines. I want to tone my whole body, but am not sure which weights to use to get the maximum benefit.
