I absolutely love Supreme 90 Day. I use Chest, Shoulders, and Tris; Legs; and Shoulders and Arms on a regular basis. I also love the Tabata and Cardio Challenge workouts! Keep up with the workouts. It gets easier the more you do it and you will be impressed by the results. Don't give up - stick with it!

Thank you for posting. I, too, am interested in learning how to increase my protein intake. I've recently switched my exercise routine from running 6 days/week o lifting weights 3 days/week and running 3 days/week. I am looking forward to learning more from you.
