I"m not usually a big fan of yogurt, but I recently tried Chobani Greek Yougurt bite Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chips and I LOVE it. The best part is it's only 100 calories, so it makes a great afternoon snack.

I believe there are approximately 47 calories per ounce in boneless, skinless chicken breast, so 3 ounces would be 141 calories not counting any seasoning/marinade used for cooking it.

I eat on the run, so for a hot breakfast I have a toaster with an egg poacher attached ($24 on Amazon). I scramble one large egg and cook it in the poacher and toast two slices of 35 calorie/slice bread and have an egg sandwich. Total calories around 150.
