Add me! Im 45. Children 22 and 25 and a 5 year old granddaughter. I work a LOT and help care for the granddaughter. My husband is neglected by my time constraints. I have gained 40 pounds in the past year.

I'll be 43 next month. I lost 36 pounds 2 years ago, and gained 20 back last year :( looking to lose that 20 again. I want to run more. I did run regulary, but it is harder with that 20 pounds.

Im running the half. I did it last year, and my goal was 3.5 hours and I did it in: 2:58:32!! I was so, so happy! I have not been training as much this year because Im a fair weather runner and it has been so frickin cold! I hope to keep it at 3 hours.

My weight will fluctuate 3-4 pounds up or down every couple days, it is very bothersome. I take hydrochlorothiazide, so I dont think it is water retention.

Yes, I want on vacation to jamaica 12/6-12/14, then with the addition of holidays, I am up 7 pounds since december 5. Makes me sick.

1.4 is actually an amazing weight loss! I know it seems low, but it is not in reality. When you think about the math, needing to have a 3500 calorie overall deficit to lose 1 pound, you did very well!:happy:

You are at my goal weight! Good job! I started 197 and am at 170, was down to 164 but gained 6 pounds over the winter.

I would suggest running, if you are not already, I did not start to lose until I started to run, and I HATE running. Also, is that enough calories?

Well, I have been doing it since November 30, 2011 and have lost 30.2 pounds as of today and I have not lost 1 inch off my waist, so I would say you are doing awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been running since January, usually 2 miles 3-4 times a week. My longest distance was 5 miles. All on a treadmill. I tried running outside, but I can only go 1.5 miles before I die. My fastest is 12 minutes per mile, that is the 5.0 setting on the treadmill for speed. I dont care. Im lappin everyone on the couch!
