elliptical
I was listening to a fitness radio show and an avid fitness person/model was stating that working out on the elliptical is the same as doing nothing, it is of no benefit, it will not help you lose weight, improve muscle tone, etc. She was joking about how they are the biggest scam ever. What do you think?

Stuck in the 160s
Hello everyone! I have had a lot of success using Myfitnesspal, eating right, and exercise. I have lost 30 pounds since November 30, 2011. My goal was 40 pounds for this year. However, I have been stuck right at 166 since May 19. Sometimes I dip to 162, sometimes I gain to 168. My problem is I am hungry! lol I have to eat…

160s and needing motiviation to get to 159!!!
HI! I started out at 196 on November 30 and am at 167.8 this morning. My goal has been to hit the 150s and maintain it. 159 and I would super excited! Anyone else stuck in the 160s with me?

I gained 3 pounds this weekend, and I dont know how. How depressing......... I stayed on calorie track friday and sunday but on Saturday I ate 2500 calories (OUCH) but still, 1000 calories over and I gain 3 pounds? No FUN!!!!

1 week in and looking for friends for motivation!
Hi, Im one week in to the Myfitnesspal website, diet plan, exercise, and have lost 2 pounds already. Weekends are HARD for me as are the hours between 3-5 pm. Any other newbies? :flowerforyou:
