1 week in and looking for friends for motivation!

Hi, Im one week in to the Myfitnesspal website, diet plan, exercise, and have lost 2 pounds already. Weekends are HARD for me as are the hours between 3-5 pm. Any other newbies? :flowerforyou:

  • Me too! I have been on and off with me program for a year, but I am back on and ready to commit (NOT that this is the best time of the year, perhaps...). I can definitely use some help and would be happy to be a source of support for others. :flowerforyou:

  • new to starting seriously after thanksgiving. Yes i agree, weekends are my problem, but i overcame this weekend and didn't cheat. i didn't have anything in my house that would temp me and i went to the gym. Good start uh? we can do this!!
