I gained 3 pounds this weekend, and I dont know how. How depressing......... I stayed on calorie track friday and sunday but on Saturday I ate 2500 calories (OUCH) but still, 1000 calories over and I gain 3 pounds? No FUN!!!!

Don't worry too much, just keep up what you've been doing. Our weight fluctuates throughout the week, and some days we retain more water than others. I don't think 1000 calories over is enough to cause a 3 pound weight gain, especially if you are running a deficit, at worst it would cause you to just maintain weight. Chalk it up to water weight and don't let it get you down.0
