same for me this morning...lost several inches, gained 2 lbs...uugh! Trying to keep the positive thoughts flowing....I am going with the fact that my clothes are looser than 1 week ago. :wink:

We made steaming really easy - Pyrex bowl, broccoli (or whatever you like) and then about 2 T. of water in the bottom. Put in the microwave for 5-6 mins and you are good to go!

It costs a few bucks, but I belong to Litetime Fitness and for $150 they did both tests - it unlocked the key to why I continue to work out and don't see results that match the effort.…
