I weighed myself at noon because I hadnt weighed myself in a few days. I weight 196!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!196! Can you believe it? Wow. I had to take a picture to prove it to myself. I have pictures that I want to add to show my progress. How can I post them?

Im under 200!!!!!!:bigsmile:

    congrats!


    for pictures, you need to have them somewhere accessable on the web, like photobucket or snapfish...etc.

    once you do, copy the direct link to the jpg file

    then in here post with the img tags.

    I.E. open square bracket img (you can't type it because it won't show up as MFP will think you're posting an image)
    path to the url close square bracket img

    I'm going to post an image, if you hit quote on mine, you'll see how the code looks.

    Drat! I was hoping I would miraculously look like that at 196 (about 10 pounds away). But alas, at 5'3, that is just a dream. :tongue:

    Actually, you almost look like you've lost more weight than you have- you're just carrying it well! Maybe it's extra muscle, but I think you're starting to look rather lean!
