5'3", GW of around 120 pounds. At my heaviest (~150 lbs) I was 38-29-38, and currently (~126 pounds) I am 36-25-36. At my lowest weight (107) I was still rocking a C cup and wearing a 3/4 in pants. Weight-loss does not equal curves-lost!

I'm on Aviane, and it actually forced me to lose weight due to nausea. But once the initial sickness went away, my weight stabilized and I've been able to lose weight pretty normally (for me) ever since! Good luck!

2011: EIther getting back my 25 inch waist or fitting into size 2 jeans! NSV for 2012: Get down to 24 inch waist, and maybe lose an inch in bust/hips, and/or do a half marathon :)

Somedays I really do struggle to get to 1200 calories, but it's because I work odd hours (and when I study/work during semester I legitimately forget to go get food, or the dining hall is so far away I'd rather wait for one big meal). I'm not saying that it's healthy or that I'm proud, in fact it really bothers me that I…

Mostaccioli (cookies), cicerata, cannolis (My father's family is Italian--SO many awesome desserts, most are sooo very bad for you, and if you don't eat, it's an insult), and baked pasta!

I have knee problems too. Ellipticals are really good, and so are stationary bikes (i.e. spin classes at the gym). Just be sure to be careful with the resistance: too much can strain, and too little can make your knee go wonky. Yoga has also been a blessing for me, in terms of building the muscles that support my knee,…

I think it's fantastic that you're running! The best thing about it is that everyone starts somewhere, and perseverance can get you pretty much anywhere! When I started running, I could do a 9:30 mile pretty naturally (I was 13), and when I got serious about it, I could run a sub 6:30 mile (this was at peak condition…

I'm 5'2" and pretty new to the site. I hit plateaus all the time and then I get discouraged and gain weight. Right now I try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5 times a week and some kind of strength training 3 times a week. My daily calories hover between 1200-1400. My weight stays constant and then will drop 3 or 4…

I had an eating disorder in middle school and during recovery I began to run track. I was eating pretty much healthily at that time, around 1800 calories a day (I was running upwards of 6 miles and doing other workouts daily), but my metabolism was pretty shot (still is). After I blew my knee out, I stopped running and…
