  • Treat yourself to fresh fruits. Berries,watermelon,what ever you like. Prep them so you can grab&go. Zero guilt. Today I'm going to try roasting in the oven drained chick peas ,sprinkled with paprika &red pepper. Cross your fingers
  • FIBER! I saw nothing with fiber in your post. Also drink enough water.I drink 8 -8oz glasses(or4 16 oz bottles)of water. I dont snack when I do this. As for fiber-beans,vegies,crusiferous vegies. Plain mini-wheat like cereal
  • For a change of pace I baked a potato almost done night before(while dinner cooked) ,opened it-added a bit of butter&pepper. Wrapped in foil.At work take foil off and nuke a minute or two. Also tuna salads on lettuce.
  • I froze banana slices. Later when I wanted I put them in my bullet processor with a splash or two of almond milk(love the taste)or orange juice and a liberal dose of cinnamon.   • Freezer zip loc bags. Its hard to cook just one portion. But if you have extra freeze it (lay flat for freezing). Then just defrost in microwave or a bowl of hot water. Heat and eat. Look up "make ahead meals"
  • Plus size here too. 5'4". Only 50 pounds to lose but it looks like 100 on short frame
  • Quick meal:dark leafy greens(I like spinach) Sliced up hard boiled egg,tomato, drained can of tuna or sliced upleft over meat from night before. Some cheese,pepper&mrs. Dash. I use olive oil&rice wine vinegar .

  • I stick with protiens to try and beat sugar . Also I tried Atkins for about 2 wks. Having eggs every morning and meat and before the rest of. The day (no meal or snack skipping) eating got to be a chore. The protiens filled me up and having to prepare all my food from scratch was work! I thought I would have a candy bar…
