I now have a sternum to support 373 bs and a lump that looks pretty pronounced now down to 212lbs that can not remember was there when i was last this weight in 1980. So I have been left with one big bone as a reminder to touch when feeling like eating No physical problems with exercise/breathing etc

Totally ok. Always eat your 1200 calories per day. Walk/march to the coffee shop? Room in day to enjoy your calories and then burn them off. i used to drink black coffee when large and now I have to have milk and sugar when reduced to keep calories up best

Rice is nice. The stickier the better but no to butter or gravy. Not too sensitive to criticism but glad the hoover noises have stopped. i enjoy everyone of my calories log it and if necessary burn it off. Off to do that now

Yep everyday but last drop consumed was in 1980. My decision was easier to give up than cut down with my addictive personality. Hope you reach your own decision

8 hours per week of cardio just 160 miles on exercise bike up and down - approx 11000-12000 calories One rest day per week which is really difficult to enforce Works for me
