I agree 110%! People don't know what they're putting into their bodies. Perfect example with your soup! I think most restaurants are putting nutritional information on their menus (or online), but now the problem lies in the hands of the consumer to actually acknowledge it!

I <3 Aldi! They have a great selection of fresh produce and TONS of frozen fish & meats. My new favorites are the lemon pepper fish fillets and teriyaki marinated chicken breasts (both in the frozen section). Christmas candy!! I went to Target on lunch and they had Hershey's kisses (all flavors - I love the peppermint ones!) on sale. I looked, thought about it and walked on. I got some Extra Sugar Free Dessert Delight gum instead! See ya later sweet tooth :)
