That does stink, however? Learn from this one and make some more mistakes! It is not easy and I do not like setbacks but you had gained some powerful muscle and you will burn more calories if you keep knocking down some training and cardio. Hang in there!

I have access to a trainer, a supportive family, and my abilities and I STILL struggle every day! Every single day will give you something new. A friend once told me to keep a short memory. I too am very glad for the update. It is early and I thought that was a recent post. My heart just sank when I read that. We girls/women are so very hard on ourselves and at such an early age. Whew! I know how hard that can be and I have the same issue in July, not Disney but vacation. The only things I can think of would be to buy a calorie counter book and take it with you Everywhere!! I sure can relate! My second day and I am ready to go too. I am ready to have anything else consume my thoughts and I think this is the best thing. Good job- This is NOT an easy task. You will be a wonderful example for your boys. That is the main reason I am doing this too- Keep up the good work MB
