So, I posted a few months ago - and the support was overwhelming. I can't believe how many times I went back and read the comments in order to motivate myself to get a good workout in! I mentioned previously that it was supposed to be me 'giving back' some motivation through my post - instead I got MORE motivation! So, in response to a couple friends on here, against my reluctance to do so as I don't want people to think I'm so ego monster (though my self-confidence has soared!) - I'm posting pics of one of my major goals - breaking into the 170's! I'm down 40lbs, and a major amount of fat! I've lost 46 lbs of fat, and gained almost 8 lbs of muscle! So, again thank you for the support - and I promise only one more post - when I hit my final maintenance goal of 175! AND - I'm officially going to the pool this weekend and take my shirt off in public for the first time in many, many years! Funny how my self-image hasn't caught up with the actual change in my body!

Anyway, thanks again to all of you - if I can do this, you can do this. Eat better & work out more - it is worth the sacrifice!

    wow!!!! very yumalicious!!! It has to be against some law to not to go to the pool and take your shirt.
