  • omg no way, i wish i could eat even 1900-2000 cals and stay slim!
  • oh no it's not muscle. I did clx and got great results from that and then did t25. i was a lot leaner. I didn't gain sizes or weight really till i went on vacation for almost 2 weeks over new years. Came back last wed night.....I am trying to lose those 4 lbs now but i just got TOM so i know it's a losing battle till that…
  • thx. i was doing 16-1700 but doing either t25 or clx.. I feel like i have gained, well i know i have 4 lbs but it looks like more... even a co worker today said my butt is bigger,lol... so i have dropped to 1370 for now ( which i am having a heard time staying at) till i get the weight back off and then try to find a happy…

  • thank you, that is the 1st time anyone has told me that!
  • yup completely normal. I gain all the time and every day my weight is different. i used to be addicted to the scale weighing daily and it is frustrating. Just like now, lol. I went on vacation and gained 4 lbs and i am trying to work it off. I came home wed and i weighed myself yesterday and i was 0.4 down. finally I ate…
  • sometimes it just takes time for your body to re adjust to the extra cals... give it time. drink h20 and re evaluate in another week or 2
  • no door frames to attach to as it's a open area.. :( i might just do the bands and us it on my front door...
  • well i guess if i had to i woudl have to store it in another place and bring it out daily, as i workout in my living room and it's not big... it definitely can't stay there.. i will have to figure out something.... or maybe just do gamma?
  • i did t25 and it is high impact. It may be much for one who is starting out... i know i couldn't of done it when i started out, has she looked into something low impact for beginners like slim in 6. that was my 1st program and got great results from it. no matter what exercise program u do , u will get results as any…
  • no i don't really, that is why i was wondering... if anything i will have to leave the room and go into my front door area and hook it up there....
  • good luck :)
  • thx. i don't know how i missed that link! I don't have not much knowledge with these p90x programs, so i need to brush up on them.... i also have no desire to lose any more weight, just a bit of body fat and get a bit more defined!
  • what's the difference between a jawbone and a fit bit?
  • i lost no weight but did lose inches. I have done the program 3 times. I have kept it all off and it's been over 2 years.
  • i'm kinda lurking on here for now.... I am thinking of getting x3 but still am unsure. I have no where to place a pull up bar, so i am worried i won't get the benefits without it? i heard i can do decline push ups in replace, but????? I did t25 the same time tammy did and i loved it and i was thinking of getting gamma…
  • very good info! i don't know why but for me if i am not following a dvd i am so lost in knowing what to do, when to do it and what to do....
  • thx. i loved clx and t25 and those 2 are what got me where i am today... I wanted to lose a bit more body fat (2%) and just get abit more deflation. nothing huge but it's a small change. I was going to get gamma but wasn't sure if i was goign to get what i wanted from it even though i know i will LOVE doing it! That is my…
  • that is awesome.. thanks for that.. it's just what i needed to read! just trying to figure out what exercise i can do in replace of chin ups/ pulls ups as i have no place to put a bar or the resistance bands with the hook up :(
  • i use photobucket and make use the ( img) is lower case or it won't work.
  • i started with a 20 lb goal and it was hard to get motivated and keep motivated as it came off so slowly for me! I am glad i stuck with it though. i hit my goal and am maintaining now. It did take 2 years though!
  • I also am a mom and work full time. I am up at 6 and refuse to get up earlier as i know sleep is important! I don't get home either till 6pm and make supper, do homework with my son, get him bathed and ready for bed. Once he's sleeping i clean up make lunches for the next day and then get my workout on! I only do 30 min…
  • "working harder might not be the answer. Work smart, fuel smart" that is well said!
  • thx everyone. i find that i had NO idea what to do if i don't follow a program and following something like clx is great. pop it in the dvd and follow. It's like i have to watch someone do it to get me to do it or to know i am doing it right. I didn't do weights at all before that, so it was a great way to get me into…
  • this strength training / weight lifting thing confuses the hell out of me. all i know is i lift weights now, and never used to... clx did a great job for me and i lift as heavy as i can... so it has to count for something ;)
  • here you go :) last year this year
  • i assumed when they stated "food quality" was that if i was eating 1500 cals worth of good food or crap. I can say that i do my best with eating as well as i can, i don't even let excuses like thanksgiving and christmas get in the way. i still eat as well as i can during those times. but i do see what you mean about where…
  • i have figured out my tdee and that is what i was going from before. with clx i was doing 3 days of strength and i was lifting as heavy as i can for every exercise. 2 days t25 cardio.
  • that is what i kinda thought in the beginning but when i look back i really haven't changed my eating at all. I eat the same, maybe when i upped my cals to do clx, it's just too much? but i always heard and read that you need to fuel your body more when strength training.... i went from 1400-1500 to 1600-1700
  • haha i am from canada :) i do think you should make sure that you are eating NO less then 1200 MAX ever! figure out how much you burn on a average and incorporate it into your daily number.. so no matter what you will always be eating enough, even if you exercise late, etc.. i find going by tdee methods are easier...
