gosh i don't remember exactly but it was something like a half a inch off thighs and chest, inch off hips, waist, my stats when i started were 36,29, 40 and about 36 for lower belly. after doing it 3 times in a year ( also did ripped in 30 once in there too) i was down to 33,26,36.5 and lower belly was around 32. this past…

that was the 1st program i did ( 5.2ft) and i was 142 lbs. i didn't lose any weight really with it but i did lose inches! I have done it about 3 times and each time got the same results from it.

everyone is so different it's hard to say. for me it took me a year to lose 20 lbs! sounds like you are doing a good job so far. are you eating back your exercise cals???
-
yes baby steps.... that is what i did, one small thing at a time and once i was used to it i would change another...

ya i decided to get gamma in the new year. i also got no results from alpha an di think that is where i lost everything from clx as well. beta was a bit better, it was nice i slimmed down a bit, i only lost 2 lbs but i like having shoulder definition. So i am doing clx till i order my gamma in the new year and then hope…

no, you don't have to lose weight to tone. . it happened to me. i was losing fat but gaining muscle and stayed the same weight.
-
that was my goal, and it was SLOW! i did hit it, it took me a year to lose 20 lbs. this past year i was just trying to focus on getting my body fat down. didn't hit that goal yet, it's so much harder then losing the 20 lbs and that was super hard! UGH.
-
what is your exercise plan? how many cals are you doing? i would suggest to make small goal to hit one by one... i had a lot of trouble losing my weight, took a year to lose 20 lbs but i have maintained it for a year now.... though i would like to lose 5 more lbs if i could...

I see what u r saying and I didn't mean complete comfort zone, lol. T25 was hard but I loved it, I just have to be cautious on my knees and my left foot which was hard doing t25 because of that. So the next program I do I am keeping that in mind before I spend $$$. I also don't want to waste $$$ on a program that I just…

thx. i really liked the results i got with clx but t25 took them away :( i really enjoyed both programs a lot that is why i am doing a hybird of them now...but i really like having definition and i want a little more of it then i have. i just lok at all the clips of x3 on you tube and they look so tough, way out of my…

why not re do the whole program again? i did clx and then t25 and now back to clx... i really like the push phase too, i am starting lean tomorrow again....

i am 5.2 ft and i started at 1200 and didn't lose much, upped to 1400 and started losing. i stayed around that for my 1st 20 lb loss and then i started strength training and upped to 1600. i only exercise 30-45 min a day 4-5 days a week. I found it hard to lose the weight, it was a very SLOW process. i lost the same amount…
-
thx everyone. seems like more are saying i should do more strength or circuit training then just cardio on those other 2 days if i can get it in... i do like the idea of trying to get something in daily if i can but i normally only have 30-45 min max a day to exercise as it is... so any program i do, is within that time…

awesome job!

i am 5.2 ft and i had the same question when i was starting out. I have a med frame and i didn't know where i should keep goign to for goals. Everyone said i woudl know when i reached it, well they are right. You will know when you are happy once you get to that spot. For me that is maintaining at 115. i thought 120-125…

i never lost a lot of weight doing t25, but i did take before and after pics and that is where you will notice the changes. well i did anyway. i only lost 2 lbs but i didn't have a whole lot to lose but i did see a difference in my body composition in the pics. I didn't follow the eating plan either just kept myself at…
-
you probably are not eating enough in general being on 1200 cals
-
i don't think you can get any of it on you tube or anything, you would have to order it . I got great results when i did it, it did amazing things to my thighs!!!
-

well i don't hide it, and yes if i am discussing any BB products i do tell them i am a coach, but just b/c someone friended me and is asking me advice, why do i need to throw it out there in their face i am a coach right away when they are asking for advice... it may never have to do with exercise, maybe only nutrition,…
-
1st off it's NOT the reason at all why i friend people, i actually get more friend requests then i put out! I became a coach for my own discounts, not to sell stuff, but if someone i know in the end wants to try a item i have used or use b/c i am getting great results from, then great. but i don't push anything. I don't…
-
i see. for someone with thyroid issue i just can't do that.... no bulk and cuts for me ...
-
but if you are not trying to sell something, why do you feel that one needs to put it straight out there asap? I wouldn't want to scare people off thinking that the only reason why i friended them, etc is to sell something b/c i am a coach. That is the last thing for me. I friend others b/c i want to support them, or have…
