i would love to see a schedule on it too. I am doing x3 till summer, as i am in block 2 now and re doing a few weeks of it as i am going on vacation and when i get back i am re starting block 2 but am thinking ahead of what to do,... i loved t25, so thought it may be a good combo to do? or clx? not sure..

Well I am 5.2 ft and about 115 lbs. depending on the brand I can be a 0 to a 5. Measurements are 32-25-35.5

i get anywhere from 160-230 depending on the exercises. i am 5.2 and 115 lbs

yes you do have to eat enough, and you will need more then 2 lb dumbbells... i started with 5 and 8's and quickly moved to 10 and 15 and 20 for some... i spent a lot of $$$ getting what i needed but it was worth it! clx is nothing like 30ds and you will get way better results from it as well!

the lean phase has way more cardio in it and i saw NO results after block 1.. so i am doing classic now.. I know i will see a change now.. it is more difficult and has more weights in it... way less cardio...

i got a polar ft4 and it's good. not any different in cal reading from my old one but it's nice that i don't have to push 2 buttons to get a reading in the middle of my workout.... my cals burnt isn't anything impressive in x3 though

i did t25 in the fall and LOVED it, it was super fun!

I finished this program just before dec and I love love loved it!!! Didn't get huge results from it but I really enjoyed doing it and couldn't wait to do it daily

I am on block 2. I started with the lean phase for block 1 and received no changes at all, no inches, weight not even my 30 day pics! i find when i do things that are short fixed like a cleanse etc, that is just it's it s a short fix.. i always gain it back fast! i did a shakeo cleanse after x-mas got to my goal weight but put it right back on ever though i was being super careful and healthy plus more. my body doesn't like quick fixes like that, at…

well i started p90x3 right after i did clx and a t25 hybird, so i wouldn't think my muscles woudl retain much fluid. well i gained 4 lbs on vacation over new years,when i got home ( jan 8th) i went right back to my normal eating and routine. I started x3 2 weeks ( jan 25th). holy geeze that is a HUGE difference, congrats!!! I wish i could do bulk and cuts, it would of helped me so much but with a thyroid disorder i can't mess with my system too much! you look fantastic!!! i loved that you had the same suit on for all the pics, that is what i do as well to really see the changes.
