thx. u had my levels tested and all are good.... i also haven't seen any changes non scale related yet. I will take my pics in 1 week when done wee 4 and compare. I have never taken this long doing a program for my body to adjust as in clx and t25 i saw results by now... so not sure what's up or different this time?

thx. i'll stick with it! I just saw changes by now when i did clx, i took pics every 30 days . I hope i see some changes as i have a vacation in a month and i hoped to look a bit better in my bikini by then!

chalean extreme. it's a beachbody workout. It's 4 months and you lift as heavy as you can. I love loved loved the workout and it gave me the best results from any of the programs i have done.

for me it was doing clx. i slimmed down and got abs for the first time ever.... Still not where i want to be and i am now doing p90x3. Better then i was but still have a little ways to go.

i did clx and t25. i did clx first, then t25 on it's own after it and then did a hybrid of them till the end of last yer. started something new for this year. I LOVE both programs, really got great results from clx!

\ ya i almost switched to classic but i really want to give this a full try and see where i end up. i thought 1500 was a bit much for me too that x3 put me at as i was doing 15-1600 with clx and that was using weights... i thought this one for sure 14-1500 max. so i reset my mfp cals to 1300 and i will eat back some cals…

i did it 6 days a week, 1 rest day. IMO inches is better then weight .. what i did that actually worked and made a huge difference was clx, t25 and now on p90x3. i did 3 different jillian dvd's ( 30ds, rin30 and 6 week 6 pack) 30ds twice and i never got the results like i have from beachbody programs.

i have done both. no weightloss with shakeology but other benefits came form using it. I also lost only inches with 30ds not weight...

i would do tdee -15% i found that worked better for me as well. I didn't have a lot to lose either and 1200 a day stalled me and most people... i lost at the same rate at 1200 a day and 1400, so why not eat more , right....

did my 1st day today. the accelerator. was good but couldn't do not even 1 donkey kick! wondering what the rest will be like! I found i was more out of breath then i was doing t25, loved the slower pace of it compared to t25...

I am also 5.2 ft and i started out at 142. I also started with 30ds for my 1st workout program...you won't see much weight come off from that but you will see inches. 1200 cals is probably 2 low, i would do tdee -20%. i lost the same amount on 1200 cals as i did on 1400 cals.

when i reached my "goal weight" i was super excited BUT i didn't look anything like i used to at that weight. I still had high body fat! so i decided to make a new goal on just body fat but maintaining the scale!

no i didn't. It's too hard in my household as i have a picky son who is now celiac, etc so i just tried to do my best, stay in my cals and keep at it...

no i wasn't , i was just trying to do my best and eat as good as i could... i did pretty good... and no i wasn't doing anything else besides t25. I like to see what that program can do for me on it's own by following the guidelines.. i also don't really have much more time then that nightly to exercise, so it's time limit…

I am going to be getting p90x3 in a few days.. just waiting patiently. lol... i have to say i really loved loved loved t25 100% and i hope i will get the results i want with 90x3. i did one once and had a bad reaction from it. my dr freaked and said " there is NO proof of any scientific evidence to do one"... our bodies clean themselves. let them do what they need to do... i will never do one again!

That is my prob too 100%. i can eat great all day and stay with what i planned to but once i get home... ugh...
