Was dirt poor in the city, so I biked or walked everywhere. Lost all the flab till I got pregnant

Small calorie deficit, stick with the weights and keep moving. Plenty of protein (as well as hitting other macros), water, and good rest.
I had my best success following the info here: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/974888-in-place-of-a-road-map-2k130 -

chalean extreme. it's a beachbody workout. It's 4 months and you lift as heavy as you can. I love loved loved the workout and it gave me the best results from any of the programs i have done.0

Yes, I did it for awhile. I got bored after a couple of months and started adding other lifts in and basically making my own workouts.0 -
What really toned my tummy was a combination of strength and cardio, all kinds. I mix it up with swimming and circuits with weights in the summer, then power lifting, running, and circuits in the fall/winter.0
