how should my calories be set up?

i am currently set here in sedentary but im going to start work tomorrow at dunkin donuts and ill be standing (obviously) for a good 6 hours. should i change it to lightly active or no?

Yes, at least. Definitely change it to lightly active. I actually have a desk job and have been losing weight successfully with mine set at lightly active rather than sedentary. I think the sedentary activity level calorie goal of 1200 a day is too low for many of us, so you may find, if you are exercising every day, that you can use the moderately active setting, eat back your exercise calories, and still lose weight-- but start with lightly active to begin with.0

If it were me...I'd keep it at "sedentary" just because I'm sure I'd be taking a munchkin or two here and there for the first 6 months!! :bigsmile:
Or too much free coffee...light with cream and spenda. Now I want coffee. :drinker:0
