WOW, I never thought about the crazy things I eat. I must say these sound pretty good to me. Especially when you are craving sweets. And my hubby thought peanut butter and bananas on toasted wheat bread was crazy. LOL.

Sounds like a great way to start the day. I've been told it would be a good idea to add a protein shake to my daily intake. My protein intake has been low lately. Are they really good? What about the protein bars? The bars I have seen seem to be loaded with sugar. I don't need the sugar at all.
