    Thanks. I am learning. I have never used a food journal before. It is still a little strange, but I am learning to use it. I do find that it makes you aware of what you are eating. Especially when you start seeing those numbers going up. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and I am hoping his will be a great tool to get me to my goal.

    Hello to you also. This seems to be a great tool. I have a bit of weight to lose and I am one of those people who have tried everything. Now I just want to do it the right way, good healthy eating and exercise. It's not a diet, but a life style change.
