I use a Soy isolate protein powder... chocolate flavor. I think its 130 calories a serving. But it tastes pretty good.

I might check my weight a few times a week (or when I FEEL lighter) but I only officially count it on Mondays. :)

I started off with walking. Just enough to make me want to get back out the next day and walk some more. I tried not to burn myself out all at once but when i started looking forward to exercising... I knew I was on the right track. You can do this!! Just take baby steps and plan ahead. Tell yourself what you can get done…

I like playing Just Dance II or Boogie Superstar with my kids. All the rounds in each game help me burn some fun calories. :happy:
