I had 1/2 of a Yoplait thick and creamy strawberry yogurt, would have had all of it, but my 1yr old decided he was having the rest! :laugh: lol I also had a cup of coffee w/ vanilla caramel creamer...:embarassed: bad me! I justify it by saying the sweetness of the creamer negates the need for sugar...lol Normal breakfast…

I am going to be trying this for sure!! Sounds delicious! And I love how the protien is so high and the carbs so low:) I always blow all my carbs in the morning...lol

It's not just MA that says wicked....lol It's most of NH, too! MA's summer home :laugh: I'm from NH and when I was in the Army and stationed in TX, I used to get so much crap for saying wicked ALL. THE. TIME.:ohwell: I too knew that you HAD to be a yank:bigsmile:
