Burning the Baby Fat

Before I got pregnant with my son I weighed 150lbs. I went from a size 7 jeans to maternity pants and 195lbs! I had lost alot at first (down to 160lbs) but then I went up to 181lbs.
I had started to workout over a month ago and I had lost 16.5lbs in one month! BUT... I stopped working out to move and I didn`t have the funds, NOW I have gone back up to 180lbs. I now have the means to excersize and I no longer have an excuse not to workout anymore.

So, because I feel unconfident I am deciding to get back on the ``wagon``. My goal is to get back to 140lbs.

    Mine is also baby fat...I have 4 kids 7, 3, and 1 year old twins!

    I lost most of my baby fat two months after my boy was born. My meds kept me fluffy as well as stress eating, but we have a similar goal.
