I use it for my migraines and it is phenomenal as far as that goes. There are some side effects at first but once you get past those they worked great for the migraines. I have heard of the weight loss side effect but never actually experienced myself from the topomax.

I'm overweight now, but about 3 years ago I wasn't. Even then my face would get bright red, and I'd get really sweaty. I also blush easily so I don't know if that goes together.

I do this. If my "allowance" is spent. I either earn more, or I don't get the food item. I do talk to myself first to see if I really want it, or if I just want the taste. Just like the money I earn at work. How many hours did it take me to earn that?

I have an FT4 and as far as I'm aware it only reads from the strap. There is no touch sensor on this model. It doesn't link with MFP, but after you've completed your workout it gives your calorie burn, and time completed so you can easily plug in the numbers from the site or the app.

I just started turbo jam back today. Last time I did it I could do the whole 45 minute cardio party and then some. Today I barely made it through 20 minutes. I did it though. So count me in

I tried to do level 1 day 1 of 30DS, got seven minutes into it and realized I wasn't quite there yet. Instead of just giving up and sitting on the couch the rest of the day, I went on a 45 minute walk and burned 340 calories!

Just did week 2 day 2. I ate junk last night and could feel it, but I still completed it. Felt great

I just started week 1 day 1 yesterday. I tried the c25k a couple of years ago and could finish the first day, so I never tried again. I heard about Zombies, Run! and I love it. I was able to do the whole course yesterday without any issues. I'm looking foward to day 2.

That's what I did. I lost over a hundred pounds two years ago and in the last year I've nearly gained it all back. I just stopped exercising and after awhile I stopped eating right. But I'm back now. I'm going to do it again and this time I'm keeping it off.

HECK YEA!!! If you're worried about somebody looking at you, don't. Most people are to busy looking at the instructor making sure they get the steps right. Only cardio I've ever stuck with.

Girl I started this two years ago at 283. Got down to 257 and stopped. Back up to 263 and started again last December. Down to 187 by October and I let the holidays get to me, and I'm back up to 199. So I'm starting again fresh. Either way I don't way 283 anymore. I want to lose another 30. I can do it and so can you.:):)!!
