I am in again I joined last month when there was only 2 weeks left of the challenge and i was to aggresive with my goal. Needless to say I did not meet but this month I will meet my goal of 50 Miles :)

18 miles out of 30 I am going to have to pick up my pace in order to reach my goal :)

I am totally in Start weight 159 1) lose 10-15 would be great 2) 60mins workout, 6 days a week 3) be able to jog one full mile nonstop 4) Stay Motivated and away from the scale only weigh in on * Monday* 5) Track everyday 6) drink less Soda Ending weight June 23rd Good luck to us all :smile:

This is my first time doing this challenge and since i am late I am aiming for 30 miles :smile:

I have been in since the first week and i am getting very anxious to see if i have any changes plus i started eating my exercise calories back so I am a little afraid i might have gone up a bit but i have faith and wont weigh in until April 8th :smile:

I am takimg the gnc Womens Ultra Mega energy and metabolism and they do give me the energy i need for the day and i only take one because if i took the suggested 2 i would be bouncing of the walls. I agree it does not seem to do much with curbing my hunger but it does give me energy. So much so that I have gotten a few of…
