Wednesday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is:

Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25

Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

    Done 303 crunchies and 200 jumping jacks.
    Never done those jacks, will try to continue.

  • will try these when I get home tonight.. I was trying to do 25-30 sit ups and push ups a morning before I went to the hospital. I need to get back on that.
