I agree. Elliptical is better for your knees and back, and less weight bearing. You can burn just as much doing the elliptical, as you would the treadmill/

there are alot of research studies that have linked it to weight gain, especially in the midsection, as well as other side effects. i need to stop b/c i drink it everyday all day. today i drank 2 but i have 2 huge bottles of water i am drinking now. so we shal see lol. fingers crossed i hope this works!!

im currently 198 and i wear a size 12. i think weight and also how many inches lost determine size, b/c for awhile i was losing the wt but it didnt affect the size of my clothes rt away but litte by little it did. At 252 i was a size 18. Hope this helps
