  • sweet! I'll "friend" you or "fitness pal" you or whatever ;)
  • Yum!
  • I had to work late last night and got home around 7 so ate dinner late. This helped. Tonight will be more challenging as I'm leaving early and more opportunity for mindless snacking. Plan will be to drink water and tea in the afternoon and a small snack to push off dinner until later. Woman 1/ Food 0!
  • This is my biggest problem by far! I'm in. I'll report back tomorrow. I shall slay the late night snacking beast!
  • Thanks Lisa. I'm making a note of all of these foods and will try to incorporate. Maybe this will help!
  • Did not connect possible bloat to eating more raw fruits and veggies. I can't really afford a trainer right now but I'll up the cardio and the weight routine and see if that helps. Thanks for your help!

If I maintain for a year, I hope at that time I can afford my trip or at least a vacation. When I was on WW, I would reward myself…

The instructor said 1) be grateful, 2) take every opportunity to help someone else, and 3) make no judgments. I don't follow these "rules" all the time...but I try to keep them in mind. Trying to keep these in mind…
  • I know exactly how you are feeling. I'm actually at my Weight Watchers goal weight (just recently became a lifetime member) and I'm still like "should I lose 10 more pounds"..."my stomach is still jiggly"..."why do my legs look so big". I want to be happy with myself! How do I do that!? I've considered seeing a…
