She must be part fish. Too many empty water bottles and a cooler with more to be drank :) I no longer stop at fast food joints and I pay for my gas to the pump so I'm not tempted by the candy bars. However I am guilty of a natural fig bar every now and again. :)

I am looking into trying this diet. What are you thoughts about it? Do the cookies/ meal replacements keep you from being hungry?

Ok I got 50 with 5 lbs and 50 with 3 lbs. and the final 100 with no weights. The no weights was a breeze LOL. Love the mini challenge.

Great challenge. I'll see how many I can do with 5 lbs then drop to 3 lbs and If I have to I'll drop the weights all together. I'll post when I'm done. :)

I took the plunge and bought a month of Shakeology. I have to admit, I'm not convinced it really does all it's supposed to do. Maybe if I had a really bad diet and was drinking it to skip a bad meal it would be worth it, but I eat well and I already had a good energy level. So I didn't see any difference except $120 out of…
