LOVE this challenge!!! And reading everyone's ideas on how to overcome their weaknesses!! My strength is eating a very healthy breakfast and fitting in my workouts. Hi Surfer Dudes....I have been on and off MFP for a few years now...i joined the BL challenge thinking it was more to do with the Kinex game but was pleasantly surprized it was SO much more......I was really sick for Feb and part of Mar and fell off the wagon at that point....and have gained about 4ish pounds…

PW: 249.8 CW: 248.6 -1.2...I am happy with that....I seemed to have plateued so I changed my calories a bit....plus I got ANOTHER cold....that has knocked me on my butt the past few days....so I woke up feeling much better today and hopefully I can get back to my workout/running schedual!
