We love love love our George Foreman grill. The best part is just how much easier it is to cook things. I liked it. It was fast paced enough that I didn't get bored doing any certain exersice. I actually like Jillian and am also doing her shred-it with weights.

Home made soups. I am on a bit of a kick right now... they are freaking delicious because you can make them however you want and are healthy and a great way to get in all my servings of vegetables. Favorite so far is the roasted red pepper soup I made.

I personally think that that is an awesome idea. I really want a treadmill so I can jog while I watch tv/play games. I would still do my gym time as well.. but it would be nice to get an additional work out at home at time I would just be sitting on my butt anyways.
