It does help but it is a short term solution. If you take it too long your brain will quit producing it on its own and you are worse off. Oh my gosh I totally feel you. I just started a new job and the boss keeps a kitchen fully stocked for all the employees to eat. Its not even good stuff either it's all chips and cokes, hot pockets... etc... Plus they are always bringing in breakfast burritos and donuts nearly every day.

Box? I have a skinny closet! Seriously I have two small closets in my room and I have filled the other one with the clothes that I can't part with. I refuse to go shopping and tell myself that I have a whole new wardrobe in 1-2 sizes down just waiting for me.

Same here... I didn't do a lot of exercising this past week either. Find something fun to do... I burnt up a bunch of calories bowling the other day according to my HRM. Forgive yourself and move on...

I get some serious knee pain (I am hoping that the weight loss will help alleviate) I like swimming laps when my knees hurt. it gives them a break and I am still getting a killer workout.

I count it when I plan on doing very heavy cleaning (i.e. mopping the floors, scrubbing, moving boxes) I wear my heart rate monitor and I can burn some significant calories doing housework. It should also depend where you activity level is set. I have mine on sedentary.

164 is the high end of the healthy BMI range for my age. That is what I am shooting for. Anything more than that is bonus :smile:

I'm a choco-holic for sure. I like the Hunt's Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding snack packs. I like to jazz it up with strawberries and lite whipped cream. Fills a whole bowl and I feel like I'm getting something good :)

Most of the big fast food chains process their own meat and have big government subsidies. There is more tax breaks for meat processing factories then there are for organic fruits and vegetables.
